Very good work! I stumbled over these beautiful renders cause I do a similar project. I wonder how you separated the specular reflection of the car paint from the mud. Is the mud a separate shader?

I cant do this with a specular map because the specular color slot is used by the fall off ramp for the car paint. I dont want to have shiny mud, hope you know what I mean.

Outstanding work!!

I am new to maya and am trying to figure out the whole hypershade network.
I was wondering if you can give me tips and show your dirt shader, since I am trying to create one and its not really working out for me...

thank you

just when i begin to give up on 3D, someone like yourself throws a whole lot of inspiration at me.

ive been teaching myself max and maya for a few years now, but as its not my main job this type of site/blog is invaluable to me and i can only imagine how many others.

simply; thank you
